In November 2014 I, along with three friends will be sailing 'Dolce Vita' a Sun Odyssey 49 sailing yacht from Tenerife to Antigua. Our intention is to complete the 2700 mile journey in three weeks arriving in the Caribbean just in time to get my flight back to the UK and be home in time for Jessica's first Christmas.

My sailing buddies for this adventure are Greg Gregory, captain, boat owner and the instigator of this adventure. Tony Cooper  a good cook. Last but not least Pete Garside holiday home operator and also a good cook, so I won't be going hungry. I am hoping my sailing skills will balance out my (very limited) cooking skills!!!!

My chosen charity is EACH (East Anglia's Children's Hospices). EACH provides care and support for children and young people living with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. It is the chosen charity of Atkins Gregory, the company Greg is Chairman of and I have seen first hand the benefit this charity brings to peoples lives.
